The Salvation Army will be hosting the SOS (Springfield Overflow Shelter) this winter. To help with additional costs, a fundraiser will be held on July 4th from 7 - 10 pm at the Pasfield House, 525 S. Pasfield. Enjoy all kinds of food and beverages and have the 'best seat in the house' to watch the fireworks over the Capitol. Tickets are only $20.00 and can be purchased at any Town & Country Bank branch, Cafe Moxo on Adams Street, The Salvation Army or from any Advisory board member. The Salvation Army Women's Ministry Group is collecting items to send to brave men and women in Iraq. On our website you will find a list items that have been requested. If you can help, please drop off your donation at 530 N. Sixth Street or mail us a check and we will purchase the items. The group will be boxing up all the donations on June 26th.
